Customer Service Host

The Wright Group have an opening in for a customer service host in our cafe in Nassau Street   Daily role includes: Directing queues  Looking after all customer needs  Building customer relations  Helping customers to tables   Giving out complimentary treats  Seeing if the customers would like refills or deserts etc  Clearing some tables    The successful candidate will: be available to work between 11am - 3pm Ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
Outgoing, bubbly and confidence in dealing with a range of customers.
Previous hospitality experience in a similar role essential.
A structured and organized approach to work planning.
