Customer Service Rep And Administrator

My client base in Dublin 12 is seeking a customer service representative for immediate start.
This position will be for a minimum of one month.
This position will involve working Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
The successful candidate will be required to Handle inbound calls and email queries Process orders Manage proof of delivery requests and queries Answer tickets through the ticket handling system Produce and update daily and month end reports Track, measure and manage complaints Identify any sales leads and pass details to the dedicated sales team The ideal candidate will have Previous customer service or call centre experience Some administration experience The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite such as outlook, word and excel Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Skills: "customer service" "support' "admin"
