Customer Service Representative CREGG are seeking candidates for this Customer Service Representative position with our client in Dublin.
The Customer Service Representative will have strong administrative experience and have excellent communication skills as they will be liaising with various departments internally and externally on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring a positive and professional manner at all times while communicating with clients and customers.
Responsible for communication of any issues to various internal departments e.g., transport, operations, sales etc.
Completion of POD delivery dockets Generation of reports and administration of fleet tracking system Monitoring of deliveries on an ongoing basis to keep customers updated at all times.
General Day to Day administrative duties plus additional duties (as the role evolves) Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers and team members through clear and effective communication Communicating with Transport Planners and Management in relation to escalation of issues where necessary Qualifications and Skills: Previous Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment is desired A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong computer skills are essential Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively and in a timely manner.
Ability to work well either individually or as part of a team Experience working with systems such as MS Word/ Excel and SAP.
