As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our brand's reputation through meticulous customer care. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for our diverse global clientele.
Effectively address and resolve a wide spectrum of customer service inquiries via telephone, email, or instant messaging.
Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding their orders, product inquiries, payment procedures, and other related matters.
Offer insightful and amiable guidance to assist customers in discovering the ideal products to meet their needs.
Diligently monitor and compile reports on sales activities, proactively engaging in follow-up for managerial review.
Facilitate customers in initiating and managing product exchanges and returns, ensuring seamless processes.
Requirements: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is imperative.
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills.
Competence in utilizing computer systems within a fast-paced environment characterized by a high volume of inquiries.
While prior experience in customer service, retail, sales administration, or call center environments is advantageous, we will provide comprehensive training for all successful candidates.
Flexibility in accommodating varying working hours, including weekends and holidays, to cater to international time zones.
