The Role My client, a global healthcare company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their operations in North Dublin.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer sales orders, ensuring on-time delivery by collaborating with production, logistics, and third-party partners.
Additionally, you will lead customer escalations, conduct business reviews, and drive performance improvements through daily operational reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
Tasks & Duties Oversee customer sales order fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure customer orders consistently meet on-time delivery targets.
Conduct customer business reviews to ensure site performance remains on track and aligned with goals.
Coordinate with third-party freight partners to manage efficient supply to the point of use.
Lead the resolution of customer escalations by working with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Chair daily operational reviews, championing the customer's perspective to drive optimal performance.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (QQI Level 8).
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Planning or Logistics.
Demonstrated experience in managing customer relations within a complex environment, with a proven track record of resolving challenges.
Strong ability to assess and make informed allocation decisions while balancing customer requirements.
Proficiency in SAP and a solid background in customer service.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English.
A strong team player with a proven ability to build strong, influential relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
