Job Description Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
This is a hybrid working position.

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team!
Duties include: Be the Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Empower Clients: Make informed decisions on behalf of clients to provide top-notch service.
Provide Key Information: Assist clients with pricing, capabilities, status updates, and sample submissions.
Support Account Managers: Help manage quotes, proposals, and RFI developments for assigned opportunities.
Onboard New Clients: Ensure a smooth setup by asking the right questions and completing client onboarding.
Coordinate Requests: Submit and manage client requests for additional testing and necessary changes.
Manage Client Programs: Oversee ongoing sample programs with daily communication.
Contribute to the Team: Support team members and participate in process improvement projects Qualifications Education: A third-level qualification in a scientific, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in high-intensity customer service, or a related field.
Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
Able to handle challenging conversations with tact.
Computer literate Strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn basic technical chemistry and microbiology testing requirements.
