Customer Services - Fully Office Based Based in Tallaght This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious and customer focused individual to join an established and professional team with an ambition to growth and development.
The primary focus of the role will be to complete customer service processes and activities for the business.
Order processing and receipt acknowledgement to customer to include delivery lead times and advise on shortages.
Provide timely, accurate and competent response to all order related customer inquiries.
Co-ordinate and manage PO from customer.
Process goods inwards.
Invoice preparation and issue to customer.
Stock management and review activities through the company bar scanning system.
Co-ordination of inbound and outbound Logistics for suppliers and customers.
Admin support for sales team and other colleagues across the business.
Provide timely, accurate and competent response to all order related customer inquiries.
Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve potential customer / order issues.
Ensure adherence to customer service level.
Manage email accounts relating to order / sales process.
Preparation and completion of import documentation (regulatory Notification).
Reporting weekly and monthly data and information across the team as directed by Management.
Administration procedures: Ensure the Administration area is supported by well documented procedures.
Participation in various projects and group meetings as required.
Maintaining a professional image for the company in all dealings with both internal and external stakeholders.
