Customer Services Representative - Dublin 8

SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Client based in Dublin 8.
This is a permanent position with good prospects for progression.
This is an ideal role for an administrative person who is sharp in communications and admin tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaising with customers in a positive and professional manner, ensuring a consistent and high standard service; Responsible for prompt query resolution for all customers by phone and email; Communicating any issues to relevant internal departments; Completion of POD delivery dockets; Generation of reports and administration of fleet tracking system; Monitoring of deliveries on an ongoing basis to pre-alert customers of any lateness or failures.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; A high level of accuracy and attention to detail; Effective problem-solving skills and experience; Ability to work well either individually or as part of a team; Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and SAP.
SALARY: €35,000 per annum.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm with flexibility required to work Saturdays following Bank Holidays.
