The job: Customer Success Specialist Field: Renewable energy solutions Office based – Dublin West My client is seeking to hire a motivated and proactive Customer Success specialist, representing the business to manage all up-sell, post sales, retention, and service requirements. You will monitor post sales success by proactively interacting with customers to mitigate issues and will always be on the lookout for growth opportunities.
Reporting to the department head, you will be a goal-driven client advocate, working with the tools and data at your disposal to best serve as a liaison between the customer and the company with account growth the ultimate goal.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain relationships with customers assigned to them by the Customer Success Manager.Be proactive with your assigned set of accounts and leads.Monitor assigned customer activity related to the product or services they have subscribed to or purchased.Aid assigned customers through onboarding, implementation, and training sessions as instructed by the CSM.Monitor adoption rate, retention rate, customer satisfaction scores, churn rates, and other relevant metrics determined by the CSM.Perpetually maintain efficient internal and external communications in a customer-goal-oriented manner.What you need to have:Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success (ideally in a call center environment).Highly driven and proactive with daily tasks.Strong ability to build rapport quickly with customers.Good communication skills and ability to maintain conversations with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused manner.Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.Good ITC knowledge and capabilities and ability to learn new software tools on the job.Competitive base and strong OTE on offer. This is an office-based role in the Blanchardstown area of Dublin.
