The Opportunity: You will focus on a specific technology area and receive mentorship to become an expert, helping source and place top candidates with our partnered clients. Full training, mentorship, and leadership support are provided, as most team members join without prior recruitment experience.

What You Bring: Proven track record of success in Customer Success or a related field, with a strong emphasis on achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
