You will work directly with our clients' most interesting and demanding customers; helping us better understand their needs, develop product forecast models and deliver a strong overall customer experience.
Essential Job Duties Act as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability.Provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with operational partners to meet company objectives.Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses' products, applications, and service offerings.Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.Maintain service levels according to business prioritization.Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence.Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.Maintain customer records by updating account information.Escalate queries and concerns.Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Basic Qualifications Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer service role.Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric.Analytical and problem-solving ability.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in customer management.Must speak TWO of the following languages at a fluent level: French/Italian/German/Polish.Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.Experienced in use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.Preferred Level of Experience 1-3 years of work experience in customer service or similar roles.
