The Role PE Global are recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator for our biopharmaceutical client based in Dublin 15. This is an initial 3 -month contract role. *Immediate Start*
This role requires strong attention to detail, a strong technical capability, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure that all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
Job Responsibilities Accurately enter employee medical information into the electronic system. Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee information in compliance with BMS policy, GDPR and other relevant regulations. Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for data entry tasks. Collaborate with the Occupational Health team to ensure complete and accurate documentation. Monitor and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Address and resolve any data entry errors or inconsistencies promptly. Documentation archival and documentation update and maintenance (doc control admin work) Support other administrative tasks within the healthcare facility as needed. Educations & Experience Minimum of 1 year's admin experience ideally in a medical setting but not essential Experience with Microsoft application Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. Good organisation and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
