Delivery Principal (Insurance)

Job Description Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth.
You will be responsible for the following:  Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies Deliver applications, services, products or platforms  Ensures appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.  Responsible of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.  You will be communicating and negotiating effectively and credibly with our clients.  Driving presales and business development to expanding an existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations.  Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values.  Qualifications Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of multi-million dollar technology programmes in the Insurance domain of Financial Services  Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.  A background in technology and capable of understanding technology solutions, challenges and future opportunities Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly.
