Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resortis currently recruiting for a full time Demi Chef De Partie to join the Team.
The Ballymascanlon Hotel is a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, this impressive Victorian House forms the heart of this Hotel.
It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D. Main duties and responsibilities: To assist Chef de Partie in food preparation To ensure that food from own station is delivered on time To perform basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitised in compliance with HACCP regulation To complete the daily checklist regarding Mise en place and food storage Requirements: 2-3 years of operational kitchen experiencewith gourmet cuisine Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Be a team player.
Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public holidays Good command of the English language.
