Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications: Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management is preferred but not essential.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant experience is advantageous.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of food and beverage, coffee, wine, and cocktails.
Front Office Experience: Experience in front office operations is a plus.
Guest Service: Proven exemplary guest service and sales skills.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Hotsoft and Point of Sale systems.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
