What you'll doSupport the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your storeTarget-driven approach to KPIsManage, motivate, and develop the store teamMaintain excellent shop floor presentationEnsure adequate stock levels are always maintainedConsistently deliver excellent customer serviceWhat you'll needYou have completed your leaving certificate or equivalentMinimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environmentFull driving licenceA passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe flexibility to work varying shift patternsPreferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitudeWhat you'll receiveThrough our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl€48,000 rising to €57,000 after 3 years20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 yearsCompany pension after 1 yearPrivate employee medical insuranceIndividuals recognised as high performing will be invited to join our Leadership Academy as part of your on-going developmentCircle K discounts available for all employeesBike to Work SchemeMaternity & Paternity Leave top up, Marriage Leave, Employee Assistance ProgrammeMobile and broadband discounts with Three networkLidl is an equal opportunities employer.
