An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join our client's retail store in Cork City. Our client is one of Ireland's leading retailers of Irish Craft and Design.
The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service-oriented culture within the store.
The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales advisors to drive sales forward and achieve store targets. You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practices and procedures across the store, including logistics, administration, stock management, customer service, and cash management.
