Design Coordinator | North Dublin | Main Contractor €70k ++ Comprehensive Benefits Package A well-established Construction Company based in North Dublin is seeking a creative and organized Design Coordinator to join their team. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and the construction team to ensure design vision and details are accurately executed throughout the construction process. You will coordinate all aspects of design, from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and refining design concepts and plans in collaboration with clients, architects, and project managersCoordinate design selections, including materials, finishes, fixtures, and color schemes, ensuring alignment with client preferences and project specificationsPrepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schedules, drawings, and specificationsManage communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate timely decision-making and ensure seamless project executionConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify design details, and resolve any design-related issues or changesAssist in creating and presenting design boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to clients and stakeholdersMonitor project budgets related to design elements and make recommendations for value engineering when necessaryMaintain accurate records of all design-related decisions, approvals, and changesKey Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field5+ years of experience in a design coordination with a main contractorProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA creative mindset with a passion for innovative and functional designBenefits & Package: Competitive salary up of Circa €75k per annum based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, and performance based bonusesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentReach out to Matthew at ******, or on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthew-walsh-6b0823182/ for more information
