Senior HR Consultant - Permanent - Dublin MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a multi-award winning organisation, as they look to introduce an HR Consultant to their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role: You will contribute to and support the delivery of a variety of engagements, including the preparation of client deliverables. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of tasks, and will lead on specific projects. The main responsibilities: Manage unique projects and individual pieces of work on behalf of clients, including OD and learning projects, ensuring interventions are bespoke to the clients needs. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to a range of clients, via telephone, email and face to face. Have strong HR Generalist experience across several different industries, with the ability to communication effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Get involved in developing client proposals for new clients. Have experience of handling client queries from companies from all industries. Manage key accounts with the highest standard of customer service, all while delivering exceptional quality. Will be able to utilise their knowledge to provide full guidance across all areas of employment law and HR. The ideal candidate: A degree in HR or related field. A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience with specialist experience in design and implementing specialist L&D or OD initiatives. Experience working on and supporting business transformation and/or large change programmes or projects. Experience in organisational design, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy and HR operations. Experience in designing and delivering skills-based training.
