Design Coordinator South Dublin Salary: €55k-€65k
Our client is a leading main contractor currently undertaking high-rise residential projects across Dublin City & South Dublin. They require a Design Coordinator with experience on building projects.
Role: Coordinate and track the submittal and approval process of designs and materials ensuring client sign off and approval.Address risk/design problems by finding solutions with the Design Team before they materialize.Develop look ahead plans.Plan and coordinate with project management teams.Have a good understanding of BCAR, TGD, and environmental health and safety regulations.Attend site meetings and report on progress.Requirements: Engineering or Architectural degree.Circa 3 years' experience working on building projects in Ireland or the UK.Salary: €55-65kPension, Life Assurance.Benefits package.To register your interest, please forward your CV to ****** or call 01-632-1200 to discuss.
