About you: You'll be based working from our offices in Limerick, you will champion the delivery and adoption of Digital Marketing best practices for our customers. You will work closely with the Digital Operations and Customer Success teams to deliver a world-class digital marketing service for hospitality. Working within the wider digital team you will contribute to the omni-channel strategy and consciously work to always improve the digital product offering with the wider Digital Marketing Team.

Day-to-day, you will: Responsible for a diverse portfolio of customers in both the domestic and international markets. Monitor and share market trends across digital - what is happening, what is the impact and what should we adopt as best practice. Measure the impact of your digital strategies and feed back into the Avvio Digital Adoption Framework. Collaborate with the Digital team and drive the key team strategies. Maintain and evolve the continuous training in the form of video training, how-to guides and drop-in chats. Your skills and experiences might also include: Customer Obsessed–drive and ambition to accelerate support and help customers grow their direct bookings, always wants to help resolve issues, get stuck in and create a great customer experience. Organized and dependable, experience of managing a portfolio of customers and capable of working to tight deadlines. Multi–Tasker and effective at Time Management. Experience within digital marketing in a similar role or experience within a marketing role at a hotel. Very effective communicator across all levels internal and external, excellent presentation skills. What are we all about?
