Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator Location: BIA Innovator Campus, Athenry, Co Galway.
Contract: Part time, 37 weeks fixed term contract Reports to: General Manager or person nominated by the GM.
Overview BIA Innovator Campus CLG is seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts.
The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen our online presence and brand awareness.
Additionally, the role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive information dissemination and communication plans to widely share the learnings and outcomes from projects undertaken at a European level.

Designed to enhance the strength and resilience of our agri-food sector, the campus offers a range of food specific facilities, supports, services and experiences from 1 central location.
The Campus is the first of its kind in Ireland and is a National Centre of Excellence driving regional and national growth, creating employment, encouraging investment, and facilitating collaboration and development across key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a communication strategy to effectively promote BIA Innovator Campus, initiatives, client success stories and EU projects.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various channels, including but not limited to newsletters, social media, and the BIA website highlighting BIA initiatives and client success stories.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and impact across various channels Information Dissemination for European Projects: Develop and implement fit-for-purpose dissemination and communication plans to share learnings and outcomes from European projects.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events and workshops, ensuring effective communication and promotion to attract and engage stakeholders Experience and Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
An advanced degree is a plus.
Skills: Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies.
Digital Proficiency: Expertise in social media management, content creation tools, and public relations software.
Storytelling: Proficiency in capturing and conveying information in an engaging and accessible manner.
Brand Management: Experience in maintaining and enhancing brand reputation.
Information Dissemination: Experience in developing and implementing dissemination and communication plans for projects, example podcasts, webinars, seminars, media campaigns, video content, and engagement strategies.
