The Role My client, a well established Irish retail brand, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their team based in Meath.
This is a full-time, permanent position with the possibility of a hybrid working model.
As the Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media content strategies, executing email marketing campaigns, optimising website content for SEO, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Tasks & Duties Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity, managing social media platforms to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Create high-quality digital content, including engaging posts, captivating photos, and informative videos, while collaborating with content creators for original story ideas.
Monitor social media analytics to assess engagement, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions for future content.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions, while continuously improving lifecycle marketing strategies.
Generate reports to track business KPIs and enhance understanding of consumer behaviors, staying informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Develop and oversee the content strategy for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Optimise website content and structure for SEO, utilising the content management system (CMS) for regular updates and building new landing pages.
Apply data insights to enhance the customer journey and inform website updates, continuously seeking opportunities to optimise conversions and improve customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives and improve overall digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness in all initiatives.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications A minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Strong ability to create high-quality, engaging content, including posts, blogs, photos, and videos.
Ability to monitor social media analytics, interpret data, and identify trends to inform content strategy.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop original content and improve marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with audiences and stakeholders effectively.
