Benamic seeks a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across key channels.
You'll focus on SEO, LinkedIn Ads, paid search, website optimisation, and data-driven decision-making to support lead generation and business growth.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and external partners, you'll be key in delivering impactful campaigns that align with Benamic's strategic goals.

The Role: Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and collaborating with the Content Specialist to enhance organic visibility.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads, while exploring other paid social and search opportunities using a test-and-learn approach.
Oversee website performance and user experience, working with a third-party agency to ensure timely updates, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
Leverage CRO tools and personalisation software to improve conversion rates and deliver tailored experiences that support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Align digital campaigns with Sales objectives to support lead generation and nurturing efforts, contributing to ABM initiatives.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create and refine marketing materials that support lead nurturing and account-based marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist on cohesive campaigns spanning email, organic social, and broader content efforts.
Partner with the Design team for creative assets and occasionally assist with light design tasks, such as simple visuals or landing page assets, using tools like Canva or Adobe.
Monitor performance across all digital channels, using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Tag Manager to extract actionable insights.
Report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data to achieve incremental improvements.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure Benamic remains at the forefront of digital marketing best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years in a B2B digital marketing role, with expertise in SEO, paid social (especially LinkedIn Ads), and website optimisation.
Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
Proficient in tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress for campaign management, reporting, and website updates.
Experience with third-party agencies or vendors is a plus.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial but not required.
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results.
