Work Flexibility: HybridAs part of our Global Advanced Operations (AO) team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the competencies required for software and hardware development of digital medical devices within our Trauma NPI (New Product Introduction) pipeline.
Your expertise will ensure that our development and production processes align with industry standards and Stryker's innovation journey.What you will do:Strategic Assessment & Planning:Evaluate the NPI landscape to identify gaps in digital expertise and capabilities.Support the deployment of digital solutions to enhance efficiency.Develop strategic plans to address identified needs in alignment with industry standards.Provide R&D with insights on manufacturability and process feasibility.Liase with strategic suppliers to bring innovative solutions to our R&D and Global Quality Operations teamsLeadership & Guidance:Influence and mentor project engineers in digital process development.Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to promote a culture of continuous improvement.Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Collaborate with AO leadership to align strategies with TECS goals.Work with Marketing and R&D to understand project requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, Systems Engineering, Quality, Testing, Suppliers) to uphold digital operations standards.What You Need:Required:B.Sc.
or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in software development, preferably within the medical device or regulated industry.Proven track record in digital process development and technical leadership roles.Excellent communication skills in English, enabling interaction in an innovative, international, and intercultural environment.Preferred:Understanding of regulatory and standard industry requirements for digital medical devices (FDA, BSI, TUV, Design Control).Diversity is important to us.
