Director, Colleague Relations, EMEA (Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid)Director, Colleague Relations, EMEA (Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid)Director, Colleague Relations, EMEA (Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid)Director, Colleague Relations, EMEA (Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid) Hybrid role – 1+ day per week in the office Are you a skilled HR leader with deep expertise in colleague relations, compliance, and employment law? Our client is looking for a Director of Colleague Relations to oversee our EMEA region. In this role, you will report to the VP of Colleague Success Operations and lead a dedicated team to support managers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure regulatory compliance and minimize legal risks across EMEA regions.Lead and guide investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Coach managers and leaders on employment-related issues, ensuring fair treatment of all colleagues.Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, and HR to align company strategies.Manage external compliance vendors and oversee audits and policy updates.Simplify processes and improve the overall colleague experience.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Employment Law, or a related field.10+ years of experience in employee relations with proven leadership skills.Expertise in regional employment legislation and compliance.Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Why Join Us?
