Our Client airline operates under an ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) business model, leasing a fleet of aircraft to various global partners.
Our Client has a solid reputation in the industry and is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and flexible air services across both domestic and international markets.
The Director of Engineering and Maintenance who will lead a line and base maintenance team of high double-digit technicians to achieve the highest level of quality, efficiency and success for the engineering and maintenance programme.
The Director of Engineering and Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring that our fleet remains fully compliant with safety regulations and operationally ready for ACMI commitments.
This leader will oversee the P-145, Part-M, and logistics departments and will manage the maintenance schedules, optimise engineering resources, and drive continuous improvement across all engineering activities.
The  Director of Engineering and Maintenance will also work closely with regulatory authorities, manage vendors, and partners to uphold the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Benefits Package:  Competitive salary (depending on experience) Minimum 4 weeks annual leave flexible leave policy  Staff travel – typical airline staff travel with  major carriers Role Requirements: Right to Work in the EU ELP Level 5 is required  Must be willing to relocate Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviation management, hold or have held a B1 or B2 licence Be a current Engineering Form 4 PostHolder (deputy considered) Proven track record of ensuring compliance with aviation regulations Strong project management skills and experience with MRO, quality assurance, and operational audits.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation engineering and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing narrow-body and/or regional aircraft fleet maintenance.
