If you are the strong and experienced Marketing Manager, ideally with experience in the data centre, software solution, technology or construction industry who can take the lead on a number of key strategic marketing projects that span multiple markets, then having energy, creative spirit, passion and resilience with a customer centric mindset is not in short supply and you will be excited by this new opportunity in our team.

Working closely with our engineering and commercial experts, and as a senior member of a global marketing team, your marketing mindset will help sharpen our commercial propositions, drive awareness and help support the delivery of the ambitious growth objectives of the business.
You will take the lead on key marketing decisions managing a team of marketing executives and product owners.
With exceptional written and verbal communications skills, you will be adept to multi tasking both strategic as well as transactional projects.
This role is fast paced requiring a smart independent thinker who can own marketing campaigns across channels, end to end.
Key Responsibilities Execute Tate's Data Centre Marketing Communications and Brand Strategy and work with local teams and agencies to achieve business goals and objectives for specific key channels.
Collaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, support customer collaboration and drive revenue growth.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets, products, touchpoints and channels.
Lead and expand the local marketing team to support the execution.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
Review competitor and customer market insight to inform key marketing decisions.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-, making and optimize performance Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth Ensuring full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.
Support the local Tate Europe as well as APAC regional marketing requirements as well as being a team player to support group or divisional projects as they arise.
Qualifications/Your Background BSc/BA in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a Marketing Manager role Minimum of 12+ years either agency or in house marketing experience preferably from the data centre, SaaS, tech or construction industry desirable Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the ability to take the lead as the local Salesforce ambassador Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A technical product mindset who can understand and translate Must possess a positive 'can-do' attitude who is a collaborative team player, eager to jump with flexibility for some travel as and when required.
Be a leader, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others as well as managing and supporting a team.
Excellent attention to detail Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned Reporting to and supporting the Marketing Director, the role will be diverse and dynamic.
Interpersonal skills are critical, as it demands an interface across teams, suppliers and agencies.
