Director Of Nursing - Glengara Park Nursing Home

Beechfield Care Group  are now hiring for a  Director of Nursing  to assume responsibility for the overall management of Glengara Park Nursing Home, Glenageary, Co Dublin.
About Glengara Park Nursing Home Glengara Park Nursing Home, set in residential Glasthule, only a few minutes walk from the People's Park is set in a beautiful and distinctive period house in Glenageary. We have accommodation for our residents in 66 rooms. For rest and relaxation Glengara Park provides a range of day rooms including Dining rooms, Lounges and a general activities room available for residents and their relatives to celebrate special events.
About the Role: The Director of Nursing will be accountable for all aspects of care and services to the residents both clinically and operationally, and will assume responsibility for the management of all staff within the nursing home. The Director of Nursing will ensure all legislative requirements are maintained.
Role Responsibilities:        Day to day management of the nursing home        Quality of Care Responsibilities        Management of HIQA regulations        Health & Safety Candidate requirements        Candidates must be registered with NMBI        Details of any previous experience of carrying on the business of a designated centre        Details and documentary evidence of any relevant qualifications or accredited training        Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
       Sound decision making ability        Level 6 Management / Supervisory Qualification        Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience at management level.
