We are hiring a  Director of Nursing  for a leading nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities Accountable for making certain that all rules, regulations, and guidelines are followed by employees at all levels of the house.
In charge of giving nursing and allied services assistance, clinical and strategic leadership, and direction so that effective, efficient, high-quality, and resident-centered care can be delivered.
In charge of adhering to all regulations that are pertinent to our industry.
In charge of overseeing all clinical records in the house and making sure all systems are kept current.
In charge of making sure that all care is comprehensive and tailored to each resident's needs, as well as overseeing the continuous evaluation and assessment of that care.
Accountable for overseeing the entire hiring process and inspiring staff members via example-setting, empowerment, communication, and proper delegating.
Requirements Candidates need to have an NMBI registration.

A track record of making decisions and managing Excellent communication and organizing abilities Outstanding organizational, leadership, and clinical abilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities Level 6 Certification in Management and Supervision Candidates must have at least three years of managerial experience.
