The Global Capability Strategy Leader for Payment Integrity is responsible for developing and implementing the global strategy for the Payment Integrity capability, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and priorities.
The Global Capability Strategy Leader works closely with the regional and local capability teams, as well as the global functional leaders, to drive excellence and innovation in the capability delivery and performance.
The Director of Payment Integrity Capability Strategy will closely work with Global Capability Strategy Leader to lead and drive efforts within the Global Capability Office and be single point of contact for Global Capability Strategy Leader and Functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities: •    Lead the definition and further communicate agreed global vision, mission, and goals for PI (Payment Integrity) capability, ensuring alignment with the business/transformation strategy and stakeholder expectations.
•    Lead the development and execute the global capability roadmap, identifying and prioritizing the key initiatives, projects, and activities to deliver the desired outcomes and impact.
•    Lead and collaborate closely with global capability works stream leaders/team and Analytics, Automation, Data, Technology teams, providing direction, guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and engagement.
•    Establish and maintain effective relationships with the PI Capability work stream and Cross Capability teams within enterprise, as well as the global functional leaders, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and coordination across the capability network.
•    Own and evaluate the capability delivery and performance, using relevant metrics and indicators, and implement continuous improvement actions to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness and incremental benefits.
•    Identify and leverage best practices, innovations, and learnings from the capability network and the external market/working with Product, and share and disseminate them across PI Capability.
•    Represent the capability area of expertise in relevant internal and external forums, events, and networks, and act as a subject matter expert and thought leader.

Required Qualifications: •    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, management, or human resources.
•    Extensive  Leadership experience in driving capability expertise, with proven track record of leading and managing global teams and projects.
•    Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate the vision into actionable plans and deliverables.
•    Proven track record in developing Transformation Strategy, driving Change Management, identifying and driving Innovation, or related functions •    Prove track record in managing large scale complex programs within a matrix environment •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
•    Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Passionate and enthusiastic Global capability structures, and committed to continuous learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications: •    Knowledge of US Healthcare industry, major healthcare entities, Member/Eligibility and claims lifecycle •    Experience with Payment Integrity business, Health Technology or Healthcare Financial Services •    Identifying and leading growth activities through optimization/improvement/transformation •    Experience driving affordability, medical spend avoidance programs •    Knowledge and experience of Operational Metrics, Workforce Management, People Metrics, Process Improvement, change management •    Experience and or view point of Analytics and technology strategy All telecommuters will be required to adhere to the UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
