Director of Quality, Dublin My client, a global pharma company, has a new and exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality to join the Dublin site. As the Quality Director for their Dublin site, you are positioned at the heart of their operations, blending site-specific duties with a role on the global quality leadership team. Your position will have an impact on the company, their vision, and their future journey which offers a career path and boundless opportunity.
Your Role: Lead the charge in fostering & improving an organizational ethos where quality permeates every facet, by leading our Quality Support, Qualification & Validation, Operational Quality, and Quality Control departments.Ensure GMP compliance across all production processes.Establish and maintain quality systems aligned with Global Standards and international GMP regulations.Quality oversight of manufacturing operations for GMP compliance, acting as the main contact for quality and compliance issues.Develop, manage, maintain & improve procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.What they are looking for to succeed in this role: Education in Life Sciences (Chemist, Chemical Engineering, or Pharm. D).You will have substantial leadership experience in a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance/Quality Control environment.Knowledge and experience of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for Drug Products manufacturing (EU and US FDA).Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical techniques such as UPLC/HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry.Proficiency in computer applications such as SAP, Minitab, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
