Distribution Partnerships and Ancillary Marketing ManagerRyanair are currently recruiting for a Distribution Partnerships and Ancillary Marketing Manager to join the Distribution and Marketing Team of Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is an exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in expanding our network of flight distribution capabilities and enhancing our ancillary offerings to customers through strategic partnerships.
In this role, you'll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies and plans.
The area focuses on 4 key operations: Global Distribution Systems Partnerships, Online Travel Agent Partnerships, expanding our Corporate Travel offering, and driving Ancillary Sales Performance.
Your role includes establishing a competitive product offering across all areas leading to strong revenue and growth performance.
You and the team will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Legal, and Development teams to ensure the partnership strategies are implemented and executed upon with weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the business as we scale to 300m guests per year.
Responsibilities Managing and enhancing relationships with existing distribution partners.Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration.Developing Marketing and Communications plans to inform the Ryanair customer base of authorized partnerships.Identifying and negotiating deals with new and existing partners.Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborating with product, marketing, legal, and development teams to develop and implement partnership strategies.Taking ownership of partnership reporting and performance.Providing all aspects of line management support, development, and coaching to the team's executives.RequirementsA bachelor's degree or higher in business or a similar field.7-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.Experience in developing and executing sales and business management strategies.Strong leadership skills and traits.Familiarity with the aviation industry is an advantage but not required.Ability to report to senior stakeholders in a concise and detailed manner is essential.BenefitsDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations.Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – Matched up to 5% or €5,000.Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary.20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year.
