Scope of the Role: The successful candidate will become an integral part of our expanding Document Control team at Mercury. This position is situated at our Sandyford Head Office with the flexibility to work from home and in-house. As a member of our Group's Document Control & Information Management function, your role will involve supporting various day-to-day tasks, ensuring the quality assurance of documents, and contributing to the maintenance of our information management platform at the head office. Additionally, you'll be actively involved in general tasks related to our onsite projects mandated Common Data Environment (CDE) BIM360, aiding in user and company management, and playing a key role in the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) rollout team.
This role presents an excellent chance for individuals interested in the field of information management, specifically in the domain of document control. It offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to acquire invaluable expertise in this continuously evolving and essential field, which is crucial for the construction industry and group operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Assist with maintaining our Controlled Docs site.Assist with uploading and QA check of all documents, governance, and compliance.Tracking and maintaining documents through registers and reporting.BIM360 Administration: adding members licenses, adding new companies.Assist with BIM360 email tickets.Part of the ACC implementation & delivery team.Assistance with day-to-day activities, helping develop SOPs, training, document creation, etc.Assist with ISO19650 adoption.Essential Criteria for the Role: 2 years minimum Document Control experience.PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellent attention to detail.Works well as part of a team.Worked with document/information management platforms: Autodesk platforms BIM360 & ACC, Procore, Asite, etc.Familiar with ISO standards.Experience with audits.Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantageous but not essential.Mercury is an equal opportunities employer.
