Document Controller/Site Admin

Responsibilities · Acting as general office admin support to the Project/Contracts Manager· Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.
)· Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests.· Maintain strong Health & Safety standards· Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements· Monitoring the design approvals process, ensuring notifications are sent to the relevant parties.Key Requirements· Previous Site Admin experience is required.· 1-2 years minimum experience Construction Admin role· Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.· Ability to work on own initiative· Strong team-building skills· Experience with systems such as Procore and BCarThe salary for this role is between €38,000 - €42,000 DOE(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
