DTC Full Stack Developer We are excited to invite applicants to join our Direct Commerce applications group as a Full Stack Developer supporting our Hill's Pet Nutrition business! Our agile, forward-thinking development team partners with our business teams to implement and scale exceptional user experiences. You will help leverage the latest technologies to fulfill business requirements and provide engaging experiences to people who use our brands. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and can work well both independently and within an agile team to solve problems, improve processes and drive innovation. This role will be responsible for: Developing great UIs that users will love and appreciateConfiguring and customizing eCommerce software to meet business requirementsIdentifying opportunities to leverage new technologiesScaling existing solutions to new brands / geographiesWorking closely with internal teams and key external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmaps and integrate with other platform componentsCollaborating with project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are metSupporting ongoing developments for existing projects/applicationsBasic Qualifications: 5+ years developing consumer facing websitesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentExperience with the following:Web frameworks like Vue/Nuxt, React/Next or AngularNode.js and server frameworks such as Express or SailsSQL/NoSQL database modeling and administrationTest-driven development, continuous integration and deploymentPreferred Qualifications/Nice to have: eCommerce platforms such as ShopifyMicroservicesServerless functionsPythonUI/UX conceptsAgile/SCRUMJira/TrelloCyber security best practicesData privacy (CCPA, GDPR, PCI)Our Commitment to Sustainability
