Employee Benefits: 60% Staff DiscountEmployee Rewards SchemeEmployee Referral SchemeFree On-site Staff ParkingBike to Work SchemeKey Responsibilities & Duties: Be aware of the expected business level on the site and enable delivery of exceptional guest services, greeting guests warmly and addressing queries efficiently.Supervise, manage, and assist in the daily operation of Spar Department areas, ensuring they are adequately staffed and implementing the highest standard operation procedures.Ensure appropriate service systems related to contractors' site visits are in use, including service logs and paperwork completion.Liaise with Departmental Manager/Site Management regarding all operational issues.Implement a high level of hygiene throughout the Site at all times, with a strict cleaning schedule and regular monitoring.Ensure all equipment on the Site meets required standards and is properly maintained.Supervise staff to ensure they are present in clean and tidy uniforms as per Company standards.Record staff lateness/sickness as per company procedures and report to the relevant department manager.Ensure all departments operate according to official opening hours and address any issues related to opening and closing.Assist with duties as directed by Management based on business levels.Other Responsibilities: Supervise, manage, and assist in the daily operation of all service areas, ensuring they are adequately staffed and supervised.Be involved in stock takes and ensure implementation of cleaning procedures across non-departmental areas.Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and be aware of all Company policies.Health & Safety: Ensure the safety of staff, customers, and others in emergency situations, carrying out emergency procedures as required.Keep non-departmental areas tidy and safe, reporting hazards or damage to site management.Be aware of trained first-aid personnel and the location of all first aid boxes.Observe all safety rules and procedures, including those in the Health & Safety Statement.Participate in fire and safety drills as directed by the site safety officer.Participate in all Health and Safety training scheduled for you and your team.Be an active member of the Health & Safety Committee and attend monthly meetings.Report any accidents or incidents involving yourself or others on the site.Deal with and record employee/public liability incidents as per company procedures.In case of an emergency, take the lead role in handling the situation.
