We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager in Junction 14, Mayfield.

Employee Benefits: Employee Rewards SchemePeer Awards SchemeEmployee Referral SchemeFree On-site Staff ParkingExcellent Career Progression OpportunitiesBike to Work SchemeResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and motivating staff throughout the site and delegating duties when needed.Implementing company operating standards on a daily basis.Providing consistent management presence throughout the site and assisting all departments during busy periods, taking a hands-on approach.Ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.Prompt resolution of any customer complaints that may occur when on duty and reporting in the handover diary.Ensuring that all tills have sufficient change and comply with cash holding policies.Processing coin orders and overseeing till reconciliation for all departments.Balancing the supervisor safe on a daily basis.Conducting regular walks of the site both inside and outside.Reporting any issues relating to store equipment, e.g., coffee machine, ovens, fridges not working, leaks, spillages, and damages.Ensuring all staff dress and appearance is according to company policy.Ensuring all staff under your supervision get their required breaks.Being vigilant on the shop floor to watch for potential theft of stock.Ensuring all staff members adhere to all regulations and legislation in place on site.Note: We do not require the assistance of recruitment agencies at this time.
