Building Surveyor - Residential Location: Dublin Role Type: Permanent Project: Conducting property inspections, stock condition surveys, and defect analysis.
Managing repairs, maintenance, and planned works programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
Performing fire safety assessments and supporting energy management initiatives.
Providing technical expertise for adaptations, including feasibility studies and liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
Utilising and updating a Building Asset Database to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Assisting with procurement, building pathology, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience: A 3rd level qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management and or a trade background At least 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within housing or residential projects with site inspections , snagging etc.
Expertise in building pathology, stock condition surveys, and planned maintenance programs.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and technical guidance documents.
Proficiency in modern surveying techniques and building asset database management.
