Contracts & Procurement Surveyor - Residential Location: Dublin Role Type: Permanent Project: Management of contracts related to property repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment.
Lead procurement for goods and services contracts in relation to maintenance and upkeep of residential development Conduct feasibility studies, defect analyses, and cost estimations for housing projects.
Oversee planned and cyclical maintenance programs using advanced asset management tools.
Manage sustainable energy initiatives, including audits and improvement programs.
Deliver detailed project reports and ensure compliance with public procurement and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or working environment.
3rd level qualification in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of public procurement principles, health and safety legislation, and building pathology.
Building control requirements are desirable.
