Key Responsibilities Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage site operations toensure smooth execution of projects.
Technical Oversight: Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation to provide guidance on construction processes.
TeamLeadership:Supervisesitestaff,subcontractors,andsupplierstoensure efficientandproductivesiteoperations.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship, addressing any non-conformance issues promptly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams toensureclearandconsistentcommunicationthroughouttheproject lifecycle.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues on-site to minimize disruptions and maintainprogress.
Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, site diaries, and any necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Experience EducationalBackground:BachelorsdegreeinCivilEngineering,ConstructionManagement,orarelatedfield.
Experience:Minimum5yearsofexperienceinsitemanagementorengineering roles, preferably within residential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using construction management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Certifications:ValidSafepassandManualHandling SoftSkills:Strongleadership,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.
