Sustainable Futures Group (SFG) is excited to be partnering with one of the worlds largest and most prestigious facilities management companies to recruit for a EHS Manager to work as a key role within their European EHS team.
This position offers the unique opportunity to lead on EHS across a diverse portfolio of prestigious sites across over 10 different European countries, while working for a market leader renowned for its comprehensive property management services.
This position is a remote role with travel across Europe (1 week a month on average) and can be based from either - Paris, Brussels, Berlin, The Hague, Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Geneva or Dublin.

The EHS Manager will be responsible for: * Leading the management of EHS systems to maintain high safety standards across all sites * Engaging with on-site teams, senior stakeholders, and clients to promote safety initiatives * Implementing risk assessments and safety strategies tailored to each unique site * Driving continuous improvement in safety practices across the portfolio * Promoting a positive, proactive EHS culture and influencing key stakeholders To be considered for this role, you should have: * Chartered IOSH Membership, with a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or degree equivalent) * A background in managing Health and Safety within a multi-site Property Management, Facilities Management or Real Estate environment * Proven leadership skills and experience with EHS management systems, policies and procedures * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders What's on offer: * A competitive salary of €70,000 - €85,000 depending on experience * An expansive benefits package including car / car allowance and a bonus scheme up to 15% of annual salary * The opportunity to work on a range of diverse and prestigious sites across Europe with all travel costs paid * The chance to make a real difference in a forward-thinking, fortune 500 company setting trends in EHS globally * A varied role with opportunities for growth and career progression Join an organisation that sets the bar high for Health, Safety, and Environment in Europe.
