Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all Business Unit projects meet electrical technical compliance standards.
* Collaborate with the Client, Project Manager, Design team, and consultants to develop and refine Design Delivery Schedules/Programs.
* Mentor and support junior engineers throughout project tasks.
* Participate in design-related meetings, providing ongoing input to enhance designs and reduce inefficiencies, either in person or via MSTF teams.
* Manage the design procurement process with external consultants, from initial tender inquiry through to appointment.
* Maintain communication with consultants overseeing project designs.
* Coordinate with relevant third parties, such as clients, insurers, consultants, vendors, and architects, when necessary.
* Conduct reviews of completed designs to verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Managing the following registers throughout the project design period: - Procurement schedule - Technical submittal register - Drawing register - RFI log - Deviation tracker - Lessons learned log - Issues log - Interface and scope gap tracker - Design change control tracker Requirements: * Third level qualification in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical Design Engineering * Experience with BIM 360 on data centres/ large scale plant projects * Excellent computer skills * Attention to detail * Strong interpersonal and Organisational skills * Pride in the quality and presentation of work Location: Co.
