  Due to continuous expansion, Tritech Group are seeking a permanent Electrical Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site from initiation to completion. This candidate will report directly to the Group Electrical Director.
Key Responsibilities:         Coordinating with clients, contractors, estimators, quantity surveyor, sub-contractors, engineers, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed according to plans and scheduling criteria         Communicating with clients to keep them informed of project status and potential issues.
        Planning and management of personnel on site and tracking and reporting on progress and production/output levels         Carry out the necessary design reviews to ensure that installations are fit for purpose.
Complete VE process in conjunction with Engineering team         Oversee the contracting process with chosen sub-contractors and ensuring all works are carried out correctly and as per contract and specification.
        Manage and report all project financial elements in conjunction with commercial department.
Close out project successfully and to budgeted profit levels.
        Managing the bidding process for projects to ensure that they adhere to company standards.
        Ensuring that all work complies with relevant codes and practices         Attendance at all projects related and management meetings.
Host and record internal project team reviews/Meetings and review with Ops Director         Carry out surveys of installations and report accordingly         Ensure that Inspection, testing, commissioning and witnessing plans are designed and implemented in line with project specific requirements in line with         Preparing detailed project plans and schedules for to follow.
        Evaluate overall project performance on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.
        Procurement of subcontract, plant and materials in conjunction with the procurement department. Take full responsibility for achieving commercial buying targets.
        Ensure subcontract/plant scopes are prepared to ensure that there are no grey areas in the package and to ensure that risks are offset         Liaise with client & management team on an ongoing basis to ensure scope of works is delivered & shareholders requirement are met.
        Issue Management and clients with project progress reports on a regular basis and attend management project review meetings.
        Be responsible for implementing Tritech Group Health and Safety Procedures, and reporting to the Company's Head of Health and Safety as required         Familiar with Modern Methods of Construction, Lean construction and sustainable/ Environmentally friendly installation solutions   Background, experience & skills Experience:              Relevant third level qualification in Building Services Engineering or similar qualification Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment essential Proven ability of managing and delivering of large projects         Good Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team Excellent IT and Technical Skills          Excellent communication and organisation skills Package will be in line with qualifications and experience.
