Role and Responsibilities What will this role achieve? The commercial finance team touches all points of the business in Ireland, and is different to most teams in that it works across both parts of Samsung Electronics – IM (Internet and mobile) & CE (consumer electronics), so you will be exposed to the whole business. This role will be focused on the management of sales deductions across the product divisions, through quarterly commercial plans, forecasting, month end and the raising of accruals.

What will be your key deliverables? Responsibility for monthly and quarterly process for one product division; Providing input into the further development of business processes and reporting to control and monitor divisional costs. Providing additional ad-hoc financial admin support as required by the Commercial accountant. Liaising with all sales team to ensure all liabilities are captured and processes are followed. Finding efficiency at every step. Skills and Qualifications What do we need for this role? Excellent commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills. Multitasking – Has the experience, capability and competency to be able to juggle multiple projects and tasks and is able to switch seamlessly between them. Familiarity with the concept of accruals. Must show capability to work in a pressurized environment with strict deadlines. Excellent computer skills including Excel (Pivot table, V-look up), Word and Finance systems. Attention to detail is crucial.
