We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Employee Experience Partner to join our EU team based in Dublin. As an Employee Experience Partner, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the employee journey across our European offices. Reporting directly to the Community Manager within our People Vertical, you will collaborate with teams across the region to ensure that our employees feel valued, engaged, and supported throughout their employment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative programs and initiatives that prioritize employee well-being and engagement. You will work closely with leadership to analyze and improve engagement, recognition, and communication efforts to drive a culture of continuous improvement aligned with our core values: Agility, Openness, Passion, and Responsibility.This position requires presence in our Dublin office up to two days a week, reflecting our commitment to fostering in-person collaboration and connection, to support on any events and manage the space.

Responsibilities

Enhancing Employee Experience Strategies: Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience, including initiatives such as our recognition program, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, and more. Management of Flagship Workspace: Oversee all aspects of our flagship workspace in Dublin and support our EU offices (Malta, Serbia, Finland), ensuring health and safety protocols, insurance compliance, building management, event support, and coordination with suppliers. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments across our EU offices to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals and values, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment. Onboarding Program Development: Partner with the HR/Recruitment Team to create and deliver engaging and informative workspace-specific (WorkVivo & Office Information) employee onboarding programs that ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Engagement & Recognition: Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs and events that celebrate achievements, foster team spirit, and boost morale across the EU region. Support for Leadership: Provide assistance in the delivery of employee communications from our leaders, including All Hands/Townhall style webinars, Zoom meetings, and other communication channels. Company Event Planning: Organize and manage company events in Dublin and other EU locations, ensuring they align with our culture and contribute to overall employee satisfaction and well-being. Metrics Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics across the EU region to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Event Management, Internal Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in employee experience, HR, or related roles, with a focus on creating positive workplace cultures within the EU. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems for data analysis and reporting. A passion for employee well-being, engagement, and continuous improvement. Join Our Team
