Employer Relations Executive (Knowledge Centre)

We are seeking an Employer Relations Executive for our client. Based in Dublin, Ireland, you will provide high quality and consistent employee relations services to clients while building effective working relationships with them.
RESPONSIBILITIESProvide employee relations, employment law and human resource support to clients.Provide direct advisory services to clients, seeking always to add value to their business.Provide advice to internal team.Keep abreast of employment law; industrial relations and human resource developments.Contribute to the development of the corporative website and social media strategy.Support and participate in the wider development of HR Services.Develop contributions for external publications, website, webinars, podcast & social media sites as required.Provide input for training courses about employment law and practice.Be an active participant on various internal project teams as required.Engage in and conduct research appropriate to Knowledge Management.Promote and support client development initiatives.QualificationsHuman Resource/Industrial Relations/Employment Law related qualification.Other relevant qualifications.KnowledgeExtensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law and its application in unionised and non unionised workplaces.Industrial Relations and Human Resource Developments in Ireland and globally.Understanding of third party employment institutions and Workplace Relations Commission in particular.ExperienceWorking knowledge of employment law and its application.Working within a team environment.Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and willingness to work.Working in an HR advisory capacity either internally or externally is an advantage.Working in communications especially through websites or social media.CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to communicate succinctly and utilise a range of communication methods.Knowledge of website maintenance and development.Excellent organisational and administrative skills.Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments.Presentation and public speaking in online and face to face forums.Personal CharacteristicsProfessional, articulate and friendly demeanour.Calm under pressure.Able and willing to work outside normal office hours.Flexible approach to work.Dynamic and creative in the development of member services.Ability to make well informed, clear decisions with information available.Approach initiatives with high levels of drive and energy.PackageSignificant bonus scheme.Fantastic pension.Health payment to cover medical.Holidays 22+3.Permanent health insurance.Life insurance/death in service.Does it resonate with you?
