Employer Relations Executive (Knowledge Centre)

We are seeking an Employer Relations Executive for our client. Based in Dublin, Ireland, you will provide high quality and consistent employee relations services to clients while building effective working relationships with them.
RESPONSIBILITIESProvide employee relations, employment law and human resource support to clientsProvide direct advisory services to clients, seeking always to add value to their businessProvide advice to internal team.Keep abreast of employment law; industrial relations and human resource developmentsContribute to the development of the corporative website and social media strategySupport and participate in the wider development of HR ServicesDevelop contributions for external publications, website, webinars, podcast & social media sites as requiredProvide input for training courses about employment law and practiceBe an active participant on various internal project teams as requiredEngage in and conduct research appropriate to Knowledge ManagementPromote and support client development initiativesQualificationsHuman Resource/Industrial Relations/Employment Law related qualificationOther relevant qualificationsKnowledgeExtensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law and its application in unionised and non unionised workplacesIndustrial Relations and Human Resource Developments in Ireland and globallyUnderstanding of third party employment institutions and Workplace Relations Commission in particularExperienceWorking knowledge of employment law and its applicationWorking within a team environmentDemonstrate initiative, flexibility and willingness to workWorking in an HR advisory capacity either internally or externally is an advantageWorking in communications especially through websites or social mediaCompetenciesStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to communicate succinctly and utilise a range of communication methodsKnowledge of website maintenance and developmentExcellent organisational and administrative skillsAble to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departmentsPresentation and public speaking in online and face to face forums.Personal CharacteristicsProfessional, articulate and friendly demeanourCalm under pressureAble and willing to work outside normal office hoursFlexible approach to workDynamic and creative in the development of member servicesAbility to make well informed, clear decisions with information availableApproach initiatives with high levels of drive and energyPackageSignificant bonus schemeFantastic pensionHealth payment to cover medicalHolidays 22+3Permanent health insuranceLife insurance/death in serviceDoes it resonate with you?
