Preferred QualificationsDemonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of mechanical, electrical, networking, construction, or building automation systemsNoteworthy program management / data center construction / network engineering experience; self-motivated, confident working at a senior executive level and comfortable working in a matrixed organizationSignificant experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Professional PM certification, Chartered Electrical Engineer, PMP, ESi, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalentDemonstrably clear leadership skills and experience working with large, diverse teamsUnderstanding of business and financial objectives and plans accordinglyExceptional executive level communication and engagement skillsAbility to work in a flexible, fast-paced environmentTrack record of coaching teams and mentoring others in planning, organizing and coordinating their work.The ideal candidate possesses the following:MBA or equivalent advanced degreeExperience applying Earned Value Management techniques to measure project performanceExperience managing large scale Electrical infrastructure projectsExceptional problem identification and problem resolution skillsMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
