As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you'll be responsible for setting technical direction to provide a strong foundation for our frontend stack and enable our infrastructure to scale with our business.
You will also drive complex projects across our technical stack and mentor our talented engineering team.

What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineer, Front End Platform at Vanta: Vanta's Platform team's mission is to enable Vanta teams to efficiently build products for our customers.
With a frontend focus, you will tackle challenging and highly impactful front-end and full-stack challenges that have company-wide impact.
You and your team empower other Vanta engineers to leverage cutting-edge technologies and best practices to make Vanta more performant and scalable on a platform level.
Example projects include improving our application performance and redesigning and migrating to a new frontend testing framework.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
We hire for this position at multiple levels internally and the base pay range for this position is $163,000 - $223,000.
This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
